Services include logistics, cargo transportation, warehousing, and operational support. Once the service has commenced, refund rights may be limited.
3. Cancellation Terms
- Cancellations requested before the service begins may be considered.
- If shipment planning or transportation has started, cancellation may not be possible.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
4. Refund Terms
- If the service has not started, a refund may be issued.
- If the service has been partially or fully performed, refunds may be partial or not applicable.
- Bank or payment processor fees may be deducted.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method.
6. Exceptions
Delays or issues caused by force majeure, customs procedures, or third-party providers may be excluded from refunds.
