Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between the seller and the customer.

2. Subject

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations related to the provision of logistics and cargo services offered remotely by the Company.

3. Service Details

Service type, price, and payment method are presented to the customer during the ordering process.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The customer may withdraw before the service begins. Once performance has started, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply.

5. Payment

Payments are collected via the selected payment method. Taxes and additional charges are disclosed where applicable.

6. Liability

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure or third-party service providers.

7. Effective Date

This Agreement becomes effective upon electronic acceptance by the customer.
